Jay Peak regional center denied reopening

USCIS rejected an appeal to reopen the Vermont EB5 Regional Center, which was part of the largest fraud in state history, and shut down in 2018. The state appealed the initial ruling and argued that keeping the center open would help investors and jobs. USCIS cited the massive fraud and lack of evidence for economic growth as reasons for the decision.
