Bipartisan bill aims to create regional center committee to advise USCIS on how to improve the EB-5 program

The EB-5 Regional Center Program Advisory Committee Authorization Act, introduced by U.S. Representatives Stanton, Fitzpatrick, Gooden, and Evans, aims to create an advisory committee to consult with and advise the USCIS director on improving the program. Consisting of no more than 35 members, including government representatives and EB-5 regional centers from diverse project types and locations, the committee will submit annual and periodic reports on its findings and recommendations. The committee will not make any recommendations based on specific cases.
