Law firm says no basis for disqualification from representing two entities in EB-5 lawsuit

Chinese investors in a lawsuit against Colorado EB5 Regional Center and Project Solaris, want the law firm representing both entities to be disqualified from doing so. The firm, Snell & Wilmer, argues there is no reason for this as both entities are accused of the same misconduct and share the same interest in dismissing the action. The regional center structured the loan transaction that led to Project Solaris losing $40 million of investor capital.
