Senator Graham, who introduced recent EB-5 Relief bill, denies that he’s pushing proposed EB-5 changes

Senator Lindsey Graham was reported to be a proponent of EB-5 changes being part of a coronavirus stimulus bill. Graham denies any such involvement or dialogue with the Trump administration about EB-5 at the moment. “This is not the time or the place. The president supports the [visa] program, I do too.” Graham was one of three Republican senators who introduced the Immigration Investor Relief Act last November; the bill was never passed.
