Immigration lawyer Carolyn Lee has addressed some concerns regarding how the coronavirus pandemic has impacted EB-5 investors and industry stakeholders. For example, if an I-829 petitioner cannot attend a biometrics appointment they should explain how the situation impacted their ability to do so. Also, if original signatures on EB-5 forms cannot be made at the moment, USCIS will accept forms with reproduced signatures.
