Court orders USCIS to reverse regional center termination & to process associated I-526’s

The regional center was terminated for not promoting economic growth, diverting funds, and failing to maintain proper oversight. The bad actors were removed, however, and job creation continued. Immigration lawyer Joseph Barnett says this case is critical as it shows how some EB5 regional centers may recover from the criminal actions of a third party.
