Congress to pass CR that will extend EB-5 to December 20

The EB-5 regional center program was scheduled to expire on November 21, 2019. However, Congress is expected to pass a continuing resolution bill to keep the government running  — including the EB-5 program — till December 20, 2019. Despite Trump’s impeachment inquiry, there is some optimism that an agreement on a full spending package can be made before the end of the year.
