With no apparent announcement to the EB-5 industry, USCIS has published some more guidance on redeployment. For example, a regional center does not have to submit redeployment information with its annual certification form for now (this may change). Also, an investor with a pending I-526 can have his capital redeployed in a regional center’s newly expanded range if the new area was approved before redeployment.
