For the first time in years, USCIS announces EB-5 stakeholder engagement with live Q&A

The Immigration Service is offering a live virtual event to engage EB-5 stakeholders on Wednesday, October 19, from 2 pm to 3 pm (EST). “During the first part of the engagement, [USCIS] will share updates on the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We will then hold a question-and-answer session to answer questions, listen to your comments, and seek your individual feedback.” [Registration is done through "Email Updates" form.]
