USCIS invites public comment on new EB-5 forms, offers estimated applicants and hours of work for each form

USCIS is inviting public comment on the new forms the agency created to address the requirements of the Reform and Integrity Act. Comments are accepted until November 1, 2022. USCIS is currently estimating the number of applicants and hourly “burden” for each form. Some notable examples: the agency expects 1000 I-956F applicants with 25 hours per response; 643 applicants for I-956G (Regional Center Annual Statement) with 16 hours per response; and 40 I-956G audits with 24 hours “burden" for the audit and 16 hours for the site visit.
