4 members of Congress request that USCIS forego recertification of past regional centers

Senators Chuck Schumer, Lindsey Graham, and John Cornyn and Representative Jerry Nadler sent a letter to USCIS saying that previously approved regional centers should not need to recertify as it is “not required” by the new legislation and would be “an immense burden on the agency.” The Congressmen also said that new integrity measures, especially annual compliance certification, will confirm regional center compliance with the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022.
