The big news is that China, "current" in the unreserved direct category in May, will have an unreserved direct cutoff date of November 22, 2015 in June. Because of this fact, immigration lawyer Michael Harris advises, "Chinese investors present in the U.S. are facing a critical deadline to file their I-485s.” All countries, including China, are current in the reserved visa category (rural 20%, high-unemployment 10%, infrastructure 2% of visas).
