Will increased RIA compliance costs price smaller EB-5 projects out of the market?

The CEO of an EB-5 regional center says that increased compliance costs to follow the new regulations will, to some extent, be passed onto investors. “Another unintended consequence of increased compliance costs may be that smaller ventures or projects will be priced out of the market thereby only leaving larger projects for investors to choose from.”
