Miami EB-5 hotel ownership, led by regional center managers, sues architect over alleged defects and delayed Opening

The owners of a 150-room Miami hotel, including the managing parters of the regional center that helped finance the project, are suing its architect for $3.7 million over problems with the HVAC system. The hotel was slated to open in summer of 2017 but this was delayed till February 2019.Read The Real Deal article
