Developer Joseph Walsh is being accused of fraud by Chinese and Iranian EB-5 investors who sunk $50 million of capital into one of his Florida hotel projects. But Walsh has failed to appear for three scheduled depositions or to respond to court-ordered written discovery requests. Walsh is also involved in a separate EB-5 fraud case related to another Florida hotel project.
