Now EB-5 applicants, attorneys, and accredited representatives have a more efficient way to change biometric appointment dates — without time-consuming phone calls or mail sent to the USCIS Contact Center. This tool allows rescheduling for reasons such as illness, medical appointments, travel, and transportation difficulties. However, it cannot be used within 12 hours of the appointment, for appointments rescheduled multiple times, or for appointments that have already passed.
