As of May 15, 2023, USCIS will only accept the new versions of Form I-956, Application for Regional Center Designation and Form I-526E, Immigrant Petition by Regional Center Investor. Also, USCIS has removed the biometrics requirement for I-526E petitioners. As of July 22, USCIS will only accept the new version of the Form I-526, Petition for a Standalone Investor.
