After a request by federal prosecutors, a judge has agreed not to share evidence related to the Jay Peak fraud with a group of investors suing the state. The investors wanted to subpoena the legal team of Bill Stenger, the former Jay Peak president, to produce all documents produced by a government agency or third party in the criminal case against him.
