Mayorkas confirms EB-5 Final Rule — and shuts down speculation of decrease to $500,000 investment level

With a high-profile court case challenging the validity of the EB-5 Final Rule that took effect November 21, 2019, the industry was abuzz with speculation that the court would determine that the Rule was not valid and thus would return minimum investment amounts to $500,000. Many articles even asserted such an outcome was likely. Not so.
