Southern States Regional Center, based in Atlanta, is accusing its former corporate counsel, Nelson Mullins, and an ex-partner, Steve Park, of costing them “tens of millions of dollars” in lost profits. The regional center alleges while Nelson Mullions was still representing them, Park assisted a SSRC officer in establishing a competing company that diverted away business.
