Immigration lawyer Dillon Colucci says that recent Department of Homeland Security notice regarding the Integrity Fee fund does not clearly indicate which regional centers owe the fee. Previously approved regional centers that did not file a Form I-956 by December 29, 2022, do not appear to owe the new fee. However, it is unclear if regional centers that did file an I-956 by that date owe the fee if they have not received approval of the form.
