As South Africa faces economic and political instability, second residency in U.S. is attractive to many

A senior policy analyst at the Centre for Risk Analysis sees the emerging market of South Africa as susceptible to inflation and higher business costs for the short to medium term. Also, with elections in 2024, the country “may need to ride waves of increased instability and uncertainty heading into 2029.” Thus, many South Africans may be attracted to EB-5 for the stability U.S. residency offers.
