Q4 data shows 535 investors petitions (I-526 and I-526E) were processed (259 approvals, 276 denials). While the number of denials should concern many, USCIS efficiency continues to improve. The prior three quarters saw respective totals of 455, 152, and 61 petitions processed. The latest I-829 processing numbers have also increased — 459 completions (418 approvals, 41 denials), up from 389 in Q3.
