In the unreserved category, India’s unreserved final action date moved forward 20 months to December 15, 2018; China’s final action date moved forward three weeks to October 1, 2015. An investor's priority date must be on or before the final action date in order to have an available visa. Additionally, this month the Date for Filing chart can be used to file an adjustment of status application. China’s date for filing is January 1, 2017; India’s date for filing is April 1, 2022. All countries in the reserved categories remain “current.”
