New York City Regional Center is in a lawsuit with 107 Chinese investors over a 2011 bus station renovation project. While the investors received Green Cards, they lost their investment capital and claim they didn’t understand what they were signing and were misled about the project risks. The regional center argues that the investors signed documents indicating they had “carefully reviewed” the offering documents, and “now they say they were lying.”
