Mitch is a veteran of immigration law with 40 years of experience and currently serves as the Managing Partner for Fragomen’s Southern California offices, which include locations in Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Diego. He works with a diverse range of clients, from individual high-net-worth foreign nationals to startups and large multinational companies. Mitch's practice covers the full spectrum of Fragomen’s services, such as EB-5, PERM, E-2, L-1, and extraordinary ability visas, as well as National Interest Waiver cases. By leveraging this extensive array of services, he develops strategies to tackle even the most challenging immigration issues. In overseeing Fragomen’s Southern California offices, Mitch is responsible for onboarding and managing corporate clients, advising them on creating or redesigning immigration programs of all sizes and developing the policies that govern them. His approach focuses on crafting an optimal employee experience using Fragomen’s advanced technology solutions, while ensuring transparency and efficiency. Often, he devises multiple parallel processes for a single client to achieve the most effective and timely outcomes within their specific goals. Mitch particularly enjoys helping smaller companies scale up by attracting and retaining the right foreign talent, contributing to their success in their respective industries.
