Joseph “Joey” Barnett is a partner at Wolfsdorf Rosenthal LLP and member of the firm’s EB-5 and business immigration practices. Mr. Barnett represents immigrant investors seeking permanent residency in the United States through USCIS-designated Regional Centers and “standalone” or “direct” investment in their own businesses. Mr. Barnett also represents Regional Centers to obtain designations with Form I-956 and U.S. developers to obtain project approvals with Form I-956F. Additionally, Mr. Barnett has significant experience litigating unreasonable delays against USCIS on behalf of immigrant investors waiting for Form I-526 and Form I-829 adjudications.
