Hello advisors, I would like to thank you guys first for spending your precious time on my question. In 2017, when I was 19, my father applied for EB5. In 2018, when I was 20, our I-526 got approved. In 2021, Now I am 23, which is over-aged to be dependent, our family got Interview Request from the US. In the list, they also included my name there. My question is: Is there any hope that I might get a Green Card as well ? In other words, do they stop counting my age as soon as the I-526 got approved?
