Four U.S. senators, including longtime advocate of EB-5 reform Chuck Grassley, have written a letter to Trump that requests him to take his Presidential Proclamation a step further to protect American jobs. While the letter focuses on new guest worker visas and explains why suspending H2-B and H1-B visas makes sense, there is no rationale given for the request to suspend EB-5, a job creation program.
