China, in retrogression since May 2015, has seen its Final Action Date (FAD) advance 744 days in that period. Its FAD has leaped forward 165 days — to May 15, 2015 — in just the last month. An IIUSA report estimates that the Chinese FAD should advance even faster once it reaches September 30, 2015, as most backlogged Chinese applicants will have received an EB5 green card visa number.
