In a new YouTube monthly series, Charlie Oppenheim, Chief of the Visa Control and Reporting Division at the Department of State, discusses the Visa Bulletin. This month, Charlie says that the total employment-based visa number for FY 2022 should be at least 275,000, and “probably many more”  because of unused family-based visas. 275,000 would be an all-time high. As EB-5 receives 7.1% of the total employment-based number, at least 19,525 EB-5 visas should be available that year.
